How do I check my order status?
You can track your order status in your my HEMA account under my orders. You will also receive an email notification when your order has been delivered to the store.

I cannot collect my order on time, what will happen to my order?
If you have chosen to collect your order from one of our stores and you aren't able to pick it up within 4 weeks, your order will be returned free of charge.
