which data does HEMA use and what for?

HEMA registers the personal data of its customers when they visit the website, use the HEMA app, receive services or request products or services and when they create a HEMA account. HEMA also makes use of access provided by visitors or customers to social media such as Facebook, which gives HEMA access to your social media information. HEMA is an intermediary for some products and services. Personal data is passed on to contractual parties when you buy a product or service for which HEMA acts as an intermediary. HEMA collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • to complete your orders for products or services;
  • to send newsletters and/or to inform you of interesting special offers;
